OneStopPGH

Introduction

The goal of this project is to audit and build equitable public-sector AI infrastructures, specifically pertaining to the Permits, Applications, and Business Licenses department (OneStopPGH) of the government of Pittsburgh. We aim to bridge the gap between Pittsburgh public sectors and small business owners through (potential) public data-driven innovations and algorithmic systems. We think about how we might empower community members to have equitable, fair, and transparent experiences.

I began working with this team in Fall 2021.
